Scott Ramsayer - With a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University, Scott Ramsayer has spent the past 20 years as a recording engineer working with major label artists such as Wilco, R. Kelly and Poi Dog Pondering. Scott is also a classically trained pianist and longtime synthesizer nut with an impressive vintage microphone collection. He currently plays in the pop-rock band The Ladies & Gentlemen. Scott has also done commercial work for clients such as McDonald's as well as mixed audio for industrial programs and independent films. Scott stresses the importance of getting the right sound at the source, and yet continually salvages archival audio for amazing-sounding Towers programs.
Ryan Staples - Ryan honed his creative skills at the California Institute of the Arts as an audio engineer in a highly interdisciplinary and experimental environment, collaborating as an instrumental performer, improviser and composer, as well as live sound engineer, recording engineer and sound designer. Ryan continued to work with a variety of musical talent in studios that he has designed and built himself, has been on tour with national acts as a front of house engineer and tour manager, and worked as Chief Studio Engineer for Grammy Award winning artist Darius Brooks.
Lennie Dietsch - Lennie is a multi-instrumentalist who spent much of the 90's recording and touring with major label bands on Warner Bros. and Sony 550, as well as independent albums and projects. His experience as a career musician has also included roles in production and audio mixing. A hands-on knowledge of Pro Tools led him to Towers, where he has enjoyed having creative outlets much closer to home. You can hear Lennie's recent playing, production and mix work on the rock and twang of albums by "Ryebender", "The Ladies and Gentlemen", and "Katie Belle and the Bell Rangers".
